If you will ask how acne scars are acquired you will drill down your family history for acne is believed to be inherited.If in your present family, you are the only one having problem with this,chances are one of your ancestor have suffer from this also and you have inherited it.As of my own experience in my young age about 16 my
pimples start to show up and it was very embarrassing if you have it during school days. But i have no choice i have to deal with it.i have no idea how to cure it or what to do with it.so i just ask my mother what are the possible treatment i can make?she said that just let it show and don't do anything about it and it will just pass away after your youth age.
I did nothing about it and as time passes it all gone.but this is not always the same experience for different people. One of my friend ended up with so many acne scars.It's the result of how he treat his pimples.He ask me why he has many scars and why i don't have? that leads me to ask him what he did when his pimples show up.he tells me that every time his pimple shows he broke it and make it bleed.So that is the reason why he has many scars on hos face now.that is a lesson for all of you reading this blog that is having a problem with your acne now.Don't do what my friend has done so that you will not be punish with acne scars and you will not regret when time comes.
Some tips you can do at home to treat your acne for better result.This are the things my mother taught me .this are just basics but when done it will make a big difference in result.If acne start to show up this means that you are starting to grow up. Your face become prone to pimples,your face become oily so what you need to do?Start exerting some more effort in taking care of your self especially your face.Take a bath daily and if you can take a bath before going to bed do it.this will help prevent bacteria in forming and becoming pimples.and if pimples are showing up all you need to do is let it be don't touch it or do anything that can worsen the problem and if you think it cannot be controlled by just cleaning up better see a doctor and ask for treatment.
